Pink + Purple == Fuchsia (a new Operating System)

Google is working on a new operating system called Fuchsia. This OS aims in embedding the smartphones and computers. The kernel is designed with scalability and multi-device, cross-platform compatibility.

Fuchsia is powered by Magenta and LK kernel. The Magenta kernel based on the Little Kernel project powers the Fuchsia OS. Magenta is designed as a competitor to OSs like FreeRTOS or ThreadX. LK kernel is for small systems or embedded applications while Magenta is for phones and PCs with fast processors. Escher tool is used for light diffusion and soft shadows.  Visual effects are done using OpenGL or Vulkan. Google is using Flutter for the UI, as well as Dart for the primary programming language.

KeyMission 360

KeyMission 360

The KeyMission 360 is an action camera by Nikkon. Nikon launched the camera at Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2016. KeyMission 360 can shoot up to 4K resolution videos by using of two image sensors and two ultra wide angle lenses on both ends. It is waterproof till 100 feet and is shockproof (ground impact, dust and snow) by up to 6.6 feet. It has WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC, micro SD/SDXC cards slots, an integrated mic, non-removable Li-Ion battery and USB 2.0.It also has electronic image stabilization mechanism.

The product is likely to be released in October 2016.

Debt is one of the most discussed issues in society. It is one of the major causes of divorces among couples. This post focuses on people who are already in debt and practical principles for them.

Debts can result in health risks like hypertension, headache, stomachache, heart attack, stress etc. So how can you deal with debts?

Part 1:

Take it as a familial matter. Instead of blaming each other talk productively. Analyze the situation. If you have children grown enough to understand the situation then include them in the discussion. Never feel ashamed because a second opinion will always be helpful. In the discussion, list your budget and daily expenses. Write down amount coming to your home and going out of your home. Keep all the bills.  Now prioritize your needs. Why? WANTS and NEEDS are different. How?  See this, A says “I want to eat a pizza” B says “I need something to eat”. Got it? WANTS can be postponed or avoided but NEEDS are our basic requirements. Then on prioritizing you will find some are unwanted and can be avoided. Taking the lunch with us, preferring public transports or walking whenever you can, making your hobbies into a business, sometimes working one more hour etc. can bring you additional income.

Part 2:

Talk to creditor honestly about your financial situation and ask for an extension. It might not be successful but keep on asking it. Some creditors will reduce if you pay a little now. Make every agreement on paper so that no one may deceive you. Read and understand about the policies, interest rates etc. because sometimes creditors can be deceptive.

Each one of us, from a nursery kid to PM is under some kind of stress. Stress has good and bad effects. It is the stress that gets you out of dangers on road or in work. But too much stress can make you sick physically and mentally. Therefore we need stress. Stress will stay with us till we expire.

So the only way is stress management about which most of us have read. We read it, follow the rituals to reduce and manage them. So here are a few which are found very practical.

Let us start from children. Childhood stress should not be underrated. Stress will be evident from his or her actions. But it affects their character the most. This may lead to unusual behavior or poor self-confidence in future .Thus the long term exposures to stress can cause a substantial reduce in their mental health. Parents should take care about this and keep a cool atmosphere for them.

When moving to stress in adults, each one should take care themselves. Crowded air, noise, depressing situations, high pressure jobs, break ups, problems with mate and a lot of other situations can bring you under stress. Exercise, good sleep, talking to a beloved one, music … will help you for sure. But the important point is that, make your STRESS to a PRODUCTIVE one.Ask yourselves: How productive I’am?. Now think about a situation which you were under stress and you managed it well, everyone will have one such. So get motivated imagine some situations which will be likely to occur in future and make you ready because stress is yours. ATTITUDE is another point. With which attitude you approaches something, so will be the results. Keeping a GOOD VIEW for each and every thing you approach. From folding your bed sheet to a deadline job keep a good view.

RAPPOR, A differential privacy.

RAPPOR(Randomized Aggregatable Privacy-Preserving Ordinal Response), is a technology for crowdsourcing or enlisting  with strong privacy guarantees. RAPPOR permits statistics to be collected on the population of client-side strings with strong privacy guarantees for each client, and without links of their reports. This guarantees differential-privacy. RAPPORs, mechanism collects statistics from end-user, client-side software, in a manner that provides strong privacy protection is used by randomized response techniques. Google develops RAPPOR as a standalone open-source project so that anybody can test its reporting and analysis mechanisms, and help to develop the technology.
